Powersys has launched a new generation of cloud-connected energy storage systems tailored for mining trucks, port logistics vehicles, and other heavy-duty applications. Combining modular lithium battery packs with its proprietary BMS chips, the solutions enable real-time monitoring of 128 battery parameters through an AI-powered cloud platform.

"Unlike consumer-grade batteries, our systems withstand extreme temperatures (-40°C to 75°C) and offer 10,000+ charge cycles," explained CTO Zhang Qiang during the product launch. The Shenzhen innovator also revealed a strategic collaboration with China's top autonomous forklift manufacturer to co-develop fast-charging infrastructure.

Having secured certifications from UN38.3 and IEC62619, Powersys aims to capture 15% of China's specialty EV battery market by 2025. Recent field tests demonstrated a 22% efficiency gain in cold-chain transport vehicles using its thermal management-optimized batteries.
